Time to Shine Tuition

Does you child need a little extra help with their phonics?📚Do they find reading tricky and have gaps in their phonic knowledge?📚Need a little extra help to pass the phonic screening check in Year 1? 📚

I am a primary school teacher 👩‍🏫 with 10 years experience (in Key Stage One and Early Years) and I am currently offering 30 minute phonic sessions for children in Key Stage One and in Reception. This could be increased to 45 minutes/ 1 hour depending on each child.

Each 30 minute session is £15 which includes a free initial consultation. Sessions are held after-school and on Saturday and Sunday mornings at The Den in Headingley.

Sessions are fun and friendly with a focus on boosting confidence. They provide the perfect support to bring your child back on track if you feel they’ve ‘missed out’ as a result of home schooling and the disruption of the pandemic.

During the session, parents/carers are welcome to stay in the lounge area with your feet up and enjoy a drink in peace or equally just drop them off! ☺
