The hard work has been done and now it’s time for the lads to go out and show what they can do.
This Sunday, the boys head into the Championships representing the gym after weeks of hard training, sparring and plenty of sacrifices.
We’re proud of every one of them for stepping through those ropes and putting themselves to the test. 👊
