This week I had the pleasure of running a chakra healing demo for the lovely ladies at W Fitness ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🤍

I'm pleased to announce we're now looking at running regular sessions at the gym with a different focus each week.

We'll work on individual chakras as well as covering things such as building self confidence, reducing overthinking, stress and anxiety, increasing self love and many other things to enhance the quality of day to day life.
