This event was something I couldn't help but bring to life.

Because as a mother who was either breastfeeding constantly, pumping or enjoying endless sleep cuddles - I needed the spaces of rest and relaxation. But I didn't want to leave my baby for them!

There were many lovely things I could have gone to, but trading in the baby cuddles or worrying about not being able to feed in the early months was too much. Or I'd just simply miss them! We don't always have to be afraid to say that.

So Mummy and Me remembered all that, and each one I've held so far has been so so lovely.

This will be a lovely day of togetherness, slowing down. Thinking about anything BUT the house work or responsibilities for a bit. Your baby can enjoy some massage, and so can you - the lovely Magdalena will be coming along to provide her restorative touch for you too.

They don’t have to!

They can feed.
They can wriggle.
They can cry.
They can sleep.

Often babies are coming along BECAUSE of some discomfort so please know it's more than ok - it's welcome just as much as you are.

There’s no pressure here.

But also that’s usually when the magic happens - they somehow ARE ok on the mat and you're like...who is this baby?! 😆 ✨
