Team Chisana who competed at the Kanzan Cup, representing KKO-GB with pride, passion, and serious talent! A squad of five made the trip up north, bringing home a fantastic haul of medals. ❤️

Tonight we celebrated chief instructor Sensei Shelly turning 60, albeit a day early! Shelly puts everything she has into running Chisana Senshi and the students all adore her! It was amazing to see so many students, alongside their parents and siblings, come along to show their appreciation and celebrate with her! 🎂🎁🎈

We took a small team of 9 dedicated students ,and they absolutely crushed it! Not only did we secure plenty of medals, but everyone showed immense heart, focus, and respect on the mats.

Great atmosphere this evening! 🥋🔥
Although a few faces were missing because the sun was out, the hall was actually nice and cool, and the dedicated ones who showed up put in some serious work!
We kept the energy high with plenty of fast-paced drills and made sure everyone stayed hydrated with lots of water breaks .
You all crushed it tonight.
Well done to everyone who trained!
