🕷️👻Happy Halloween🎃🧙 What a spooktacular week we’ve had! The children have had so much fun celebrating with Halloween parties, pass the pumpkin parcel, apple scooping, party dances, arts and crafts, photo booths, and lots of Halloween-themed games!

What a busy week we had last week! We loved celebrating Diwali, learning all about the beautiful traditions and joining in with colourful crafts and activities. We also had so much fun hosting our Parents’ Halloween Stay and Play, it was wonderful to show our grown-ups what we get up to at nursery and share some of our favourite spooky activities! 🎃✨

🎃🧙 This week, the children have continued to enjoy a range of exciting activities! We’ve been getting into the Halloween spirit with themed crafts, exploring new flavours during our Around the World Food Day tasting session, and taking part in colourful Diwali activities as we get ready to celebrate the Festival of Lights on Monday

Our children have been busy transforming cardboard boxes into amazing creations this week, from robots to imaginative structures using paint, glue, and lots of imagination. They've also been developing their fine motor skills by safely using scissors and other craft materials. With Halloween just around the corner, we've enjoyed plenty of spooky-themed activities too 🎃👻

Last week, we leapt straight into autumn with lots of exciting, seasonal activities! The children explored the changes in weather, the environment, and how animals prepare for the colder months. A highlight of the week was a lovely trip to Churwell Woods, where the preschoolers collected autumnal treasures like colourful leaves, conkers, and twigs to use in their collage creations.

We embraced the spooky season with messy play, pumpkin-themed tuff trays, crafted autumn wreaths, did leaf printing, and made wands and hedgehogs.🍂🎃

Our children have had a wonderful few days. They’ve been enjoying the new ball pools, developing their gross motor skills outdoors on the bikes and through construction play, exploring independent writing, mixing up some silly soup, creating some very impressive play dough hedgehogs and lots more! 🦔🎨👷

🍂 Autumn is coming! 🍁
With the change in weather this week, we’re really starting to feel those autumnal vibes! The children have been busy embracing the new season with lots of exciting activities. From leaf collecting and printing to creating beautiful autumn collages, we’ve been getting creative and exploring all the colours and textures that autumn brings.
Our sensory play has been full of new textures to explore, and we’ve had so much fun playing on the climbing frames and dressing up with our friends. It’s been a joyful week of laughter, learning, and seasonal fun!

We’ve had a fantastic few weeks at nursery, packed full of fun and learning!
The children have been busy exploring their creativity through messy play, using different materials and textures to create some wonderful artwork. We've also been superstar bakers, measuring, mixing, and decorating , and of course, enjoying some tasty treats! 🎨🖌️🧁

We had an incredible turnout for our first charity fun day to raise money for The LimbBo Foundation. We’re so thankful for everyone’s generosity and support in helping us give back to this amazing charity that benefits so many families, including one of our own💗. So far, we’ve raised an amazing £2175! A huge thank you to everyone who took part and made this day so special! We are looking forward to seeing you on Sunday for our charity fun day! The event will start at 9.30am, aiming to set off on our walk at 9.45am. If you are planning on coming but not attending the walk, we should be back for 10.15am to start the stalls etc... This will be a cash only event!
