SEND Parents Support Sessions

Leeds SENDIASS will be attending all three sessions of this fantastic support programme for parents and carers of children with SEND and we’d love to see you there.

These sessions are a great opportunity to get information, ask questions and connect with other families. No booking required.

• Session 3: SEND Support – 6 July 2026, 9:15–10:45

Castleton Primary School, Green Lane, Armley, LS12 1JZ.

⏰Reminder: Upcoming virtual information session focusing on transitions⏰

This session will cover information about preparing for adulthood outcomes, key information about transitions within education, as well as health and social care transitions from child to adult services.
The session can help you to think about and plan for your child/young person’s upcoming transitions, as well as early transition planning.
