You’re not going to have motivation on your side all of the time especially as life gets in the way.

Motivation dies but habit never lies.

Motivation is what gets you to do that first workout, eat a bit cleaner one week or go on that first run. HABIT is what’s going to get to you to that monthly goal, 6 month goal and yearly goal.

NOT MOTIVATION

If we relied on motivation alone, we wouldn’t achieve too much. It’s the habit and the attitude that gets us there. If we relied solely on motivation, it’s likely that we wouldn’t do the mundane activities that we have to do as humans. Keep this in mind for when the going gets tough.

Even going out for that half an hour walk which you’ve been putting off all day will make you feel a million times better than what you first anticipated.

It takes an average of 66 days to form a habit so why not start now? How different could your life look in just 66 days?

Strong All Year’s ethos is to change the perspective of fitness from training for pure aesthetics and feeling like you have to fit a specific model, to training for the way it makes you feel and in a way that’s sustainable to take into the rest of your life.

Wanting abs, a bigger bum or to lose weight is fine and a valid goal to want to achieve! However, the aim of fitness and healthy living is also not to sacrifice the other parts of your life which also hold importance.

I want the Strong All Year tribe to see the bigger picture of fitness and integrate it into their lifestyle in a way which YOU enjoy.
