Still beetling away behind the scenes.
Growing an idea whilst life happens.
Keep going folks
It might take longer than you thought and it might be quite a wiggly path. And you might change the destination!
But keep putting one foot in front of the other when you can, how you can and with what you have.
You have got this.
Does anyone know of any primary tutors in the Leeds 4 (Burley ) area? I’m at capacity and have a request from a family asking for help with 2 children.
Same/different, common attributes, prediction, summary, estimation= life skills = maths

Happy Thursday evening.
I've had a few parents asking me what I actually do for a living in the last few days. Many peopleobviously only see the tutoring side which I really love but is something which has only developed in the last couple of years really.
As a primary teacher and senior leader I had a few options in my 50s - and I decided to do something different with my 30 years experience - to work on bridging the gap between parents and schools - and to re empower parents to help their children, equipped with a confident knowledge base of contemporary primary practice.
I also deliver CPD for schools around using communication skills to deepen learning. Oracy. So I'm sharing my website with you just for your own interest and to partly explain why I'm always everywhere!

This is a really helpful guide to encourage talk with your little ones.
It’s specifically focussed around eating, but the principles can apply in many contexts.
This week we are thinking about routines!
