ALL WE KNOW IS WORK AND THE FOUR WALLS OF HOME, BOREDOM HAS MEANT WE'RE SPENDING MORE TIME ON SOCIAL MEDIA MEANING MORE POTENTIAL TIME TO COMPARE YOURSELF TO PEOPLE WHO ARE LIVING WHAT APPEARS TO BE 'THE PERFECT LIFE', FEELING BAD THAT YOU AREN'T WHERE THEY ARE. I PROMISE YOU THAT THERE ARE SO MANY PEOPLE WHO ARE AT THE END OF THEIR TETHERS WITH IT AND YOU'RE NOT ALONE; BUT I ALSO PROMISE THAT THINGS CAN ONLY GET BETTER WITH TIME AS HOPE AND DETERMINATION IS ALL WE HAVE. ONE THING THAT YOU MUST DO WHEN YOU FEEL READY IS HOLD YOURSELF ACCOUNTABLE AND NOT EXPECT CHANGE TO JUST HAPPEN IF YOU NEVER ACTION ANYTHING TO MAKE IT HAPPEN! These times can be really tough for everyone, believe me I know, people are also probably sick of home workouts and having to adjust exercise with so many other aspects of life in this very challenging situation, but if you're feeling low, struggling to keep on track, or feel like you're losing your way.
