The children have had lots of fun over the last few weeks enjoying our lovely Summer weather 😀.

The children have been exploring the life cycle of a Sunflower 🌻. They enjoyed planting a Sunflower seed and taking it home to look after 🌞💧 as they watch it grow. They also painted and coloured in some lovely Sunflower pictures 🌻🌻🌻.

This week we have been exploring different occupations and had a lovely visit from one of our parents who is a Dentist. He spoke to the children about how they should look after their teeth and showed them how to clean them 😁. The children had fun cleaning the model teeth 😀. Thank you for your visit 👏.

Continuing with our maths theme the children have enjoyed exploring heavy and light, and comparing quantities. They used the scales to weigh different sizes teddies, and took part in other activities exploring more or less 😀.

This week the children have had lots of fun exploring shapes 😀.

The children have been exploring numbers and numerical patterns recently. They have enjoyed counting, ordering numbers, and have had lots of fun with the Numicon shapes and pegs 😀.
