A week well spent. 💚🌿
We've followed woodland paths, explored different textures, shared stories by the water, watched wildlife and enjoyed plenty of fresh air and freedom to play.

From our adventures at Little Deers Forest Play to exploring Polesden Lacey, every day has been filled with opportunities to learn, discover and grow.

While the children see adventure, we see confidence growing, communication developing, independence flourishing and countless opportunities for learning through play. These little moments in nature are where some of the biggest learning happens. 🍂🦋

The best classrooms don't have four walls 🌿
Yesterday we visited Little Deers forest play in Sutton Green for a new adventure and we weren't disappointed. A morning filled with opportunities to explore, create, move and simply be in nature.
We can't wait to come back 💚

🌿 My happy place 🦋

Sometimes I have to stop and remind myself how lucky I am.

This whole journey started with a dream and an idea. When we began building this cabin, I wasn’t even sure how much of that dream would become reality. Now, when I step back and look around, it honestly makes me a little emotional.

This nature-led space is filled with stories, imagination, curiosity and so many special memories. 🌿

Watching little ones explore, discover, create and grow in a space that was once just an idea in my head is something I’ll never take for granted.

It doesn’t always feel like work when your workspace looks like this. 💚

You may have seen my reel showing the little upgrade to this space, but I’m still not over these calm, nature inspired vibes 🤎🌿

So I thought I’d share a closer look, because it’s all the little details that make this space feel so special.

The children have absolutely loved the change too, hiding away in their little den, reading, playing and having more space to just be. It feels so much calmer and, for them, much less overwhelming.

And this is only the beginning… I can’t wait to show you more of the cabin as it all comes together 😊

A chance to discover minibeasts, splash in puddles, explore nature, solve problems, build confidence and develop a lifelong love of the outdoors. 🐞💦🍂

A beautiful morning spent exploring at Polesden Lacey - National Trust , where little hands were free to wander, wonder and connect with nature. 🍂🦋

✨ The upgrade we’ve been waiting for… introducing our new nature‑inspired calm corner. ✨

We’ve replaced the cushions with a cosy teepee (which I know a few of our butterflies are going to love tomorrow). We’ve done a big declutter, added deeper nature tones, and kept everything earthy with browns and greens. Our kitchen has also had a little makeover and is now a full nature station.

As always, the old setup wasn’t wrong, it just wasn’t us anymore. This new space feels calmer, more nature‑driven, more child‑led… and much more Little Butterflies. 🫶🏼
