Job Title: Marquee Site Manager

Based in West Horsley, Surrey, KT24

Salary - £30,000 + Bonus

We are recruiting a new site manager to be part of our hard working and friendly team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is hard working, likes working outdoors and keen to gain
experience in management and the events industry.

We are a family run marquee hire company established in 1978. Our marquees are of the highest standards and customer service is at the forefront of this. You will be an important
member of our staff in continuing to achieve this.

The role:
Erecting, dressing and dismantling of marquees to the highest of standards. Liaising with the client to provide first class customer service management of your team of 3 to 9 staff.
Responsible for health and safety.
Loading and unloading of vehicles.
Driving a 3.5 ton van to and from site.
This is a physically demanding job.

NO EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED and full training will be given.

The ideal candidate:
Will have a valid and clean UK driving licence for over a year as driving a company 3.5 ton van to and from site is required.
Someone who likes working outdoors in all weathers and is interested in the events industry.
Responsible.
Hard working.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with team members and clients.
The desire to manage team members.
Team work skills.
Flexible with hours of work Monday to Friday.

Benefits:
Days of work are Monday to Friday on a full time & permanent basis. Pay £30,000 per annum + Bonus
20 days holiday + bank holidays

SUMMER STAFF NEEDED

We are recruiting summer staff to be part of our hard working and friendly team. The job involves the erecting, dressing and dismantling of marquees and is physically demanding. No experience is necessary and full training will be given.

The applicant will need to be able to get to our warehouse in West Horsley, Surrey (KT24 6ER) at the start of the day. A full UK driving license and access to a car is desirable but not essential.

The number of hours and days of work will be dependent on the amount of work we have on but as a guide will be 2 to 5 days a week, Monday to Friday.
