St Margaret's C of E Junior School

On Friday 5th June, we hosted One World Link’s Day of the African Child event at St Margaret’s. We welcomed children and staff from other schools in the area to enjoy lots of workshops which included sports, storytelling, art, singing, dancing and drumming. It was a fantastic day which ended with a celebration of the events, all the schools’ Send my Friend to School work being handed over for our MP to share with parliament and an impassioned speech from six of our Year 6 pupils asking our government to take action in making education available for all children across the world.
