But there are parents out there who simply cannot afford to stockpile and may feel too ashamed to admit that providing extra meals for kids off school is a huge financial burden, for some children their free school meal is the most filling and nutritious of the day... so read this and if you find yourself in this position please inbox me with no fear, guilt or shame.
