I haven't made this for ages! Shakshuka.

Delicious deep tomato sauce with spices, garlic and onions. Recipe taken from my recipe book Time for Bread.

You may or may not remember, but about 18 months ago, I worked with the book publishers Dorling Kindersley on one of their epic childrens encyclopedic books as a consulting author. Working on an update to a double page spread, subject being breads from around the world.

Well, they've asked me back! 😊 I'll be working on another update to a double page spread on one of their childens epic Picturepedia publications.

👀 Keep an eye out for when the book is published...sometime early next year.

From arrival, everyone is there to have fun and enjoy themselves as a team, outside of the normal four walls of their jobs.
