KS2 6:15 - 7:15pm

YEAR 6 only until 7:30pm

The later time for Year 6 is optional and if you have a younger sibling and want to collect them both at 7:15pm please let us know. Otherwise you will need to collect Y3-5 at 7:15pm and then wait outside until 7:30pm for Y6.

Remember to put your child(ren)’s name(s) on the SumUp order. This is only possible when you add the item to the basket to checkout. The 'Buy Now' button will not give you the option to add a name.

Alternatively, you can send cash into school in a clearly marked and SEALED envelope.

Deadline is TUESDAY 30th JUNE – entries after this date will be charged a late fee.



Additional Information:

All children will be signed in on arrival. All children will need to be collected; KS2 children will not be permitted to walk home on their own.

No parents, other than those volunteering, will be able to attend the event. If you would like to volunteer please select the following sign up sheets:

Sweets, tattoos face dots & gems will be available to buy (priced between 30-60p).

Please limit how much money your child brings. A couple of pounds really goes a long way. We’ll do our best to help the children make sensible choices during the evening (especially when it comes to buying sweets!), but keeping spending money to a reasonable amount really helps the volunteers to support this.

Water and squash will be provided free of charge.

Please note mobile phones will be not be permitted.

For KS1 and Year 6 collection please wait outside the main entrance at either 6:00 / 7:30 pm.

For KS2 (Years 3-5) please come to the main playground where children will be released from here while the Year 6 children have their extra 15 minutes.

Please also remember to adjust any Circles bookings where necessary.

🌳🪵The various Children’s Forest sessions provided to the Y5 & Y6 school children at the local Leasowe Farm have provided a great experience for the children.
