πββοΈπ Final Swimming Lesson for Year 2 ππββοΈ
Today marked the final swimming lesson for Year 2. As part of water safety week, the children took part in activities designed to help them understand how to stay safe in and around water.
They practised moving and keeping themselves afloat while wearing clothing, helping them experience how different it feels compared to swimming in normal swimwear.
This valuable lesson gave them the opportunity to build confidence and learn important skills that could help keep them safe in real-life situations.
We are so proud of all the progress the children have made this year and the enthusiasm they have shown in every lesson. Well done, Year 2! ππ

It will be a wonderful opportunity for the children to meet new friends, develop their communication and leadership skills, and learn how they can help others resolve conflicts peacefully.
Rooted in our shared Catholic values of respect, compassion and reconciliation, the pupils are showing great enthusiasm as they begin their journey towards becoming Peer Mediators within our school communities.
