From spring to summer we have been having such a good time exploring Nature!
We have been painting Daffodils, visiting the lambs, bug hunting, spotting wild flowers, and looking after the tomatoes plants and strawberries 🍓
We also visited Bostock Sunflowers, and bumped into a tortoise 🐢 in the village. We have been learning so much and it’s been great fun!

We have been getting up to all sorts since the new year!! We loosely follow a theme each week, so we are continually introducing new things to the children, along with following their interests and plenty of free play.

Autumn time is here! We have been learning all about autumn, watching the leaves change colour and fall off the trees and collecting conkers and acorns!
We have also had lots of fun celebrating Halloween, Divali and Bonfire night!

We have been learning about different colours this month and it’s been so much fun hunting the house for different coloured toys!
We have also been talking about people who help us, exploring the roles of firefighters, paramedics, police, builders, dentists, bakers and much more!

Summer fun! We visited Jephson gardens today and found a summer spot and dot dome. We had lots of fun admiring the circles and their different colours and sizes!

Hooray!! I am now officially an Ofsted registered childminder! We have been busy getting ready and can’t wait for some new play mates to come and join us.
