A new pin has been added to my lanyard this academic year... The Hidden 20%

As I think of all the children returning to school over the coming days, I’m especially thinking of those for whom the education system was not designed with their neuro-type in mind.

The children who demonstrate hidden bravery every single day as they navigate their own pathway through education... whether within or outside the system, and whether or not the people around them fully see, understand or support. To all those children: your courage may not always be visible, but it is there. And it matters. 🟢
