Year 2 took their geography learning outdoors today for an exciting orienteering adventure! 🗺️

Armed with clues and a map, our young explorers headed out into the school grounds to locate the world’s continents and oceans. Working in brilliant teams, they solved clues, navigated their way around, and searched high and low to complete their challenge.

It was fantastic to see so much brilliant teamwork, problem-solving, and geography knowledge in action. Well done, Year 2—what a great way to learn! 💙💛

As part of our learning about the seasons in Year 1, we’ve been exploring all the wonderful changes that autumn brings! 🌳🍂

Year 6 African Day! 🇿🇦🌍

What a fantastic day of learning, exploring and celebrating African culture! 🎶🥁 The children took part in an exciting drumming workshop, learned a song and even had a go at making their own biltong. We also enjoyed tasting a range of African foods, including milk tart, boerewors and cake rusks. 😋 A huge thank you to Mrs Butler for sharing her experiences of living in South Africa for five years and helping to bring our learning to life. 💙💛
