Thank you to everyone who came to support us at Bodmin and Tretawn markets.
We have like most other farmers had a few tough months. No rain has meant feeding winter forage already, combined with blue tongue virus things have and continue to be a challenge.
Your direct meat purchases really make a difference to us.
Given the challenges of little or no rainfall we think it is inevitable the weather pattern will continue for yrs to come.
This really means we should all try to secure our food and water .
To this end we have a large growing area with poly tunnel and wonder if any of you would be interested in a private members community farm.
It would entail a modest members fee with a few hrs a month volunteering in the garden for those that are able.
In turn we would look at doing food boxes which could include meat, veg and eggs and other locally produced food.
