Matt Thompson BA (Hons) MISM

I have eighteen years experience playing and performing and composing for electric guitar. Growing up in Cornwall, I was heavily influenced by classic rock, pop and heavy metal in my early years. I made my way to London, where I gained my honours degree in music, focusing on composition and musicology. I am a dedicated teacher, with a passion for education an

d inspiring new musicians. Whether it's strumming songs, lead playing or writing a Bach chorale, I can get you where you need to be! What do you want to achieve? Would you like to be able to sing around a campfire? Start a band? Maybe you want to pass your A-Level music and could do with a hand! Let's go at your own pace and start achieving you musical goals!

Thank you to everyone who has supported MJT Guitar Tuition over the last 12 months.

I can't believe it's been a whole year since I embarked on this exciting change!

I've taught from ages 5 - 80 and It's been a pleasure! I hope to meet many more characters in this next year too.
