Well done to some of our junior section who attended a training course in Cumbernauld last weekend with children from clubs across Scotland. The children trained hard in their groups and showed some impressive skills and focus in a demo. An extra congratulations to Zara who took the Excellence award in the green belt group. Look out for details of the junior national residential course in September coming soon for another great training opportunity!

Very well done to our seniors on a great performance at a day course yesterday attended by clubs across Scotland. A huge congratulations to the Tuesday and Saturday junior sections of their demos and belt presentations last week. We are very proud of you all! A special mention to our 3 new junior black belts Adam, Christopher and Ethan. Every child in the photo has that black belt potential with more hard work and regular training, in a couple of years we predict a sea of black!!

So very proud of our juniors who trained at the annual national course this weekend. Amazing efforts put in, new skills learned and friendships made. They have each walked away with a new grade to be proud of. We are delighted to celebrate 3 new junior black belts in the club and an excellence award for another junior! Very well done all and a huge thanks to the club coaches and those who have led the sessions this weekend. Hopefully more can join us in 2026!
