We’re looking for a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Little Meadows Preschool.
This is a permanent role for 19.5 hours per week, worked across three days (term time only) — a lovely opportunity for someone looking for balance, while still doing meaningful work.
At Little Meadows, relationships come first. We’ve created a calm, thoughtful environment where children feel safe, valued and able to truly be themselves. We are intentionally small, because quality matters to us — for the children, and for our team.
We are now at a really important stage in our journey, developing our curriculum and strengthening how we work together as a team. We’re looking for someone who feels excited by this — someone who is confident to lead and shape our curriculum, and take real ownership of this area of practice.
We’re looking for someone who:
✨ Is warm, reflective and genuinely passionate about early years
✨ Holds a Level 3 qualification (or above)
✨ Feels confident supporting and leading children’s learning
✨ Is ready to take on responsibility, while being supported as part of a close team
This role would suit someone who wants to grow within a setting, and be part of shaping something thoughtful, child-centred and meaningful.
Salary: Competitive, with scope for progression based on experience and responsibility
Start date: As soon as possible (we are happy to wait for the right person)
