Tutoring information:
I am soon returning home to Langport from University. Over this Easter vacation I will be offering both online and in person tutoring sessions for anyone wishing to best prepare for this years rapidly approaching GCSE’s and A-levels. I am fully free between the 19th of March and mid April (returning back to Oxford at the very earliest on the 11th). I can offer multiple one hour sessions or do longer lessons where various issues may be covered and tackled. Furthermore, I am experienced in preparing long-term revision schedules for students after assessing their strengths and weaknesses in sessions. These can be done in person on account of my possession of a car or online; if that suits the student better. Lessons, online or in person, will be £20 an hour.
Credentials:
I have tutored maths for over four years for various students ranging from SATS to GCSE age. My tutoring has always been met with continual positive results and demonstrable improvement for students. Additionally, I have a GCSE in maths (grade 9), a GCSE in statistics (grade 9), an A-Level in maths (A*). Also the economics section of my degree is mathematically intensive (e.g much more difficult than any maths covered at A-Level), allowing me to continually exercise my mathematic faculties despite no longer formally studying the subject. Having recently done my GCSE’s and A-Levels I am very familiar with the papers and the most effective ways to revise.
