🍕 Pizza making fun! 🍕

Our children had a fantastic time getting creative in the kitchen as they made their very own pizzas! They carefully spread the tomato sauce, chose their favourite toppings, and proudly watched their creations come together.

Activities like this help to develop fine motor skills, encourage independence and decision-making, and provide lots of opportunities for conversation and learning through play✨

🌟 Employee of the Month 🌟

A huge congratulations to Lucy, our July Employee of the Month! 💛

✨ A Special Day at Tudor House Day Nursery Langho✨

We had the pleasure of welcoming Ofsted into our setting on Monday and we are so proud of how smoothly the day went. While we can’t share our outcome just yet, we are incredibly proud and excited with the positive outcome and recognition given to our amazing team.

The visit was a wonderful opportunity to showcase the care, dedication and hard work that goes into providing the best experiences for our children every day.

A huge thank you to our fantastic team for their passion, commitment and for always putting children at the heart of everything they do. 💛

🚂Adventure was calling today🚂

Our little explorers caught the train to Clitheroe, discovered blackberry bushes bursting with fruit (and picked a few to take home!), let off steam at the park, and even popped to the shops.

It’s amazing how much learning can happen in one little adventure—new experiences, happy faces, and lots of little moments we’ll be talking about for days! 💛✨

🎉 What an incredible End of Year Party & Graduation Celebration! 🎓✨

On Friday, we celebrated the end of our first fantastic year with lots of smiles, laughter and unforgettable memories.

The children had an amazing time enjoying face painting, beautiful henna designs, bouncing on the bouncy castle, taking part in our very popular Splat the Teacher game (which everyone loved! 😂), and of course tucking into a delicious party tea.

A huge congratulations to our wonderful graduates as they get ready for their next exciting adventure. We are so proud of everything you have achieved and know you will all go on to do amazing things. 💛

Thank you to all of our families for your continued support throughout the year, and to our incredible team for all of their hard work in making today such a special celebration.

Every Monday, we will be posting about the wonderful team that make up our Tudor House family so you can learn a little bit about who is looking after your child each day🩵

This week we are introducing Lucy, our newly appointed maternity cover baby room leader.

Lucy has worked in childcare for 4 years and brings plenty of enthusiasm, creativity and compassion to her role. She loves getting to know each child’s unique personality and works hard to create meaningful experiences that help them feel confident, happy and secure. Lucy’s caring nature, combined with her ability to build positive relationships with both children and their families, makes her a valued member of the Tudor House team. 💛

Lucy’s favourite part of working at Tudor House is setting up exciting tuff trays and planning fun activities that spark children’s curiosity and imagination. She also loves developing positive relationships with children and their families, supporting them throughout their learning journey and watching their confidence flourish.

When she’s not at nursery, Lucy enjoys spending time with her family, going on holiday and taking part in banger racing! 🏁☀️🍃

This week we are introducing Natalie, our toddler room practitioner.

Natalie is Level 3 qualified and has been working in childcare for 20 years! Natalie is a kind, caring and dedicated member of our team who creates a warm and nurturing environment where every child feels valued, safe and encouraged to thrive.

Natalie’s favourite part of working at Tudor House is taking children out into the community, giving them new learning experiences and being part of their learning journey. She loves seeing their confidence grow and finds it incredibly rewarding to watch them learn and develop every day. 💛

When she’s not at nursery, Natalie enjoys spending quality time with her family, getting lost in a good book, and exploring the countryside on long walks. 🌿📚

🚂 Choo Choo All Aboard🚂

What a fantastic adventure for our babies and toddlers today! 💛

Today the children enjoyed a train ride to Clitheroe, where they explored the local area and experienced lots of new sights and sounds. Outings like these help to build confidence, develop communication skills, encourage curiosity and support children in learning about the world around them.

Such wonderful memories made! 🌿✨
