We are pleased to present a grant to the SRWA 6 - Up award. The grant helps to purchase books, arrange a visit from an author & cover reading materials used during the award.This award enables our local academy working with local primary schools to engage pupils on issues raised in the stories . Equally importantly it builds relationships in the community as friendships are made across the schools.

We are delighted to announce that SRWA won the Secondary School competition for ! The academy will now receive a cheque for £350 to spend on Fairtrade educational resources! That is in addition to our recent award of 'FairAware' status to reflect the teaching that the academy offers.
