Lancing Freestyle Karate was founded by 6TH dan black belt Ray Grey in 2006,
After many years of training with other clubs he felt that a diverse karate club would benefit the local area. He has created a family run club that trains with a fair, motivated ethic. We are registered with and have the full support of Cobra Martial Arts Association based in Manchester. You will be training within a club which has vast experience within Martial Arts. L.F.K will teach you the following,
Combinations – Punching and Striking Techniques
Kata – Sequence of moves against an imaginary opponent, using full force. Self Defense – Grabs, Holds, Weapons (Knifes, Gun, Escrima stick)
Sets- other Combinations to improve your techniques, stances, and control. Regular training will also improve your
