We currently have some spaces on Tuesday and Thursday at our after school sessions.
Sessions run from 3-5pm and need to be booked in advance.
Children can choose freely and a snack is cooked over the fire.
Tree climbing, fire lighting, tool work, bug hunts, mud kitchens, arts and crafts, potion making, team games, scavenger hunts, water play, den building… the list is endless.

At Woodland Wilds Forest School we provide learning opportunities through experiences in an outdoor environment. Children have the freedom to explore and experience the natural world in all seasons and in all weathers. We embrace an approach of nurturing, supporting and developing a child’s holistic development and have the ideal environment to develop innovation, problem solving, risk taking, creativity and team work.
Children are able to engage in activities of their choice whilst practitioners skilfully support and scaffold children’s learning and development where appropriate. Enabling children to become confident, resilient learners.

Some of the children chose to make fairy houses today. They cut the wood, sanded it down, whittled the windows and doors and then decorated them.
They look amazing, super proud!
