We are a warm, small, family-focused nursery where relationships truly come first—and we’re looking for a passionate Deputy Manager to join our small team.

This role is ideal for someone who: Holds a Level 3 qualification in Early Years. Has at least 2 years’ experience in a leadership role within a nursery setting. Is confident in safeguarding and committed to high standards. Understands the importance of secure attachments and nurturing care. Passionate about play within the early years. Reflective and keeps upto date with policys. Is reliable, motivated, and supportive to their team.
