Applications to become BioSoc execs for the next academic year have now opened! These are all the roles you can apply for with instructions on how to apply. When applications close, we will send out a form to members so you can then vote for next year's exec!

Being exec of a society is great to put on your CV and gives you a chance to put yourself out there!

Details for our STEM Charity Ball are out! Tickets are priced at £12 per person and go live at 5pm on Friday 27th February so make sure to get them when you can.

ALL profits from ticket sales will be going to Student Minds so come enjoy the last day of Lent term and support a good cause!

This Thursday we are hosting Dr Steven Hall who will be talking about snake envenomings, their treatments, and how current research is helping create better solutions! 🐍

🧫 This week, the wonderful lecturer Rachael Rigby will be giving a talk about the regenerative potential our microbiota can provide!

This is a great opportunity for insight into the field of microbiology directly from an expert. Her research focuses on intestinal epithelial cells and their interactions with immune cells, cytokines and bacteria.
