At Stingrays, we inspire a love of swimming through learn-through-play, with quality lessons, clear communication & great facilities in a positive, fun environment. Stingray Swim School at 3-1-5 Health Club are pioneering in there philosophy of learning of through play! We offer lessons from 9 weeks old to 99 years, 7 days a week, for 48 weeks of the year! 3-1-5 boasts two pools, one 25m lane swimming pool and a smaller warmer lagoon for our Littler Rays! We also have a revolutionary new swim school system that allows for all our parents to see their Stingrays progress .

🧜‍♀️ Ever dreamed of being a mermaid? Now’s your chance! ✨

Join Stingrays and MAD Area Divers for a magical Mermaid (Monofin Freediving) Session!

Swimmers will try diving masks, explore breathing techniques with the instructors and practise with flippers before taking on the monofin, bringing everything together for their full mermaid transformation! 🐠

📅 Saturday 17th October
⏰ 12:30, 13:15 or 14:00 - 45-minute sessions
💷 £20 per person, all equipment provided
🏊 Ages 8+ and Stage 4+

🧜‍♀️ MERMAID MAGIC IS COMING BACK TO STINGRAYS! 🧜‍♂️

We’re excited to announce the first of many Stingrays events coming over the next few months… Mermaid (Monofin Freediving) Sessions with MAD Area Divers!

📅 Saturday 17th October
⏰ 45-minute sessions at 12:30, 13:15 and 14:00
💷 £20 per swimmer - all equipment provided
🏊 Swimmers must be aged 8+ and at least Stage 4+

There’s much more to mermaiding than a magical tail! Swimmers will explore new skills with the instructors, from using diving masks and practising breathing control to swimming with flippers before progressing to a monofin. 🐠

They’ll then bring everything together for the full mermaid transformation, with a photo opportunity to finish! 📸✨

🌊 MEET THE TEAM - OUR COVER SUPERSTARS! 🌊

As a 48-week swim school, it’s only natural that our regular teachers will occasionally need some time away - whether they’re celebrating a birthday, enjoying a well-earned holiday or simply taking a day off.

That’s when our fantastic team of dedicated cover teachers steps in! 🦸‍♀️🏊‍♂️

Covering lessons is no easy task. These brilliant teachers adapt quickly, get to know new swimmers and ensure lessons remain fun, safe and progressive.

It’s always lovely to put a face to the name, so meet some of our amazing team members who may not currently have regular lessons of their own but are always ready to dive in and keep Stingrays swimming! 💙
