Over the past few months, through conversations and coaching, I have been cultivating this practice of emergence.

Inexorably, something new has been taking shape..

I’m calling it Working With Emergence.

It is a three-month exploration for people who sense something is changing in their life or work and want to create the conditions for what wants to emerge next.

Through short reflections, invitations and contributions, alongside monthly online gatherings, we will create space to pause, listen and explore together what is unfolding.
