Hello and welcome to the official St Wilfrid's PTFA page! We also help keep the cost of the wide range of school trips each year by subsidising towards these.
The PTFA is made up of a committee of teaching staff, support staff plus parents and friends of children at St Wilfrid's. We get together once each half term for a friendly, relatively informal meeting to discuss and organise events. Some of these are aimed to be fundraisers, others are fun activities aimed at the children but everything we do has the school in mind. Money we raise has helped to

It is the school Christmas fair this Friday where there will be stalls, a raffle, games and even a chance to meet Santa 🎅🏼
We are kindly requesting donations of minced pies and cakes for the event (we are really struggling for these at the minute).

This month the PTFA are holding a film night 🎥
The PTFA and St Wilfrid’s school are holding a Christmas fayre in December (1st @ 5pm-7pm), and are looking for any individuals who would like to hold a craft stall at the event. Stalls are available for £10 and can be booked by emailing [email protected]. Please like and share this post to spread the word and make this event as successful as possible. Thank you 😊

Don’t forget to get your tickets this week before the big night on Thursday 🪩
Hello and welcome back from the PTFA team we hope you’ve all had a lovely summer and the children are settling into their first week back.
The PTFA are planning some fun events for the children and families over the next year including discos, film nights, Christmas fayre, Easter bingo and an Easter egg raffle.
We encourage more families and friends to join us help raise funds to invest in activities and equipment for the children at school.
A PTFA meeting is taking place on Thursday 14th September in The Greyhound Pub, Halton at 6pm. Everyone is welcome, we hope to see you there 😄
After a fantastic performance last night, there are still a few tickets remaining for Romeo and Juliet tonight. To purchase, please contact the school office.
Don’t forget the PTFA Summer Sports Evening this Thursday 6th July 6-8pm.
If you would like to join in with rounders, 5-a-side or obstacle races, jump on the bouncy castle or have your face painted. It’s £1 per person entry - please complete the form on ParentApp.
A BBQ and drinks will be available to purchase, if anyone has the time to make tasty cakes for dessert that would be fantastic.

There is a PTFA meeting taking place this Thursday (8th June) at 3:30pm. Please come along and join in the discussions for future events, any support is greatly appreciated. There will be a crèche available during the meeting.
