Stagecoach Performing Arts Lancaster and Kendal

There's something powerful about being completely yourself.

Not worrying about whether your idea is the same as someone else's. Not changing who you are just to fit in. Just having the freedom to express your personality and let it come through in what you create.

At Stagecoach, children have the space to discover what makes them unique and to celebrate the things that make them different.

Because Creative Courage For Life® isn't about becoming someone else. It's about having the courage to be yourself.

We were absolutely thrilled to welcome ex-student Jack Carradus, in Lancaster this week.

Jack is back in between professional contracts and we couldn’t miss the opportunity for our Main School students to experience Jack’s incredible talent, knowledge and expertise first-hand. It was such a fantastic opportunity for our dancers to learn from someone who has gone through the training journey with us and is now performing professionally around the world. 🌎🕺

Jack shared his wealth of dance expertise, performance experience and industry knowledge, inspiring our students and giving them a real insight into what life can look like beyond the studio.

It makes us so proud to see our former students return and share their experiences with the next generation of dancers. ❤️

A huge thank you to Jack for giving his time and bringing so much energy and inspiration to our Main School students!

We can’t wait for next week, when Jack will be leading a block of classes with Further Stages ⭐️

We love giving our students the space to discover, experiment and express themselves at Stagecoach, and there’s nothing better than seeing their ideas come to life! 🎭💫

Our Shakespeare Season is off to a brilliant start, and Stage 2 have been having so much fun exploring The Tempest.

This week, they’ve been getting creative with music and movement, exploring different ways to bring to life the storm Prospero summons to shipwreck his enemies. ⚡️🌪️

Thank you, Miss Mia, for such an inspirational music and singing lesson. It’s wonderful to see the students experimenting, working together and developing their own piece. ❤️
