Congratulations to all our award winners this afternoon and thank you to the school band and Beth de Lange for entertaining us! Have a wonderful summer everyone!

Today we said goodbye to our wonderful Year 6 pupils. We will miss their diverse personalities and the school just won't be the same without their wit, feistiness and insight! Some of them have been with us for only a year, some for longer and some since the start, but they have all made their own special imprint on our school community. They are ready for their secondary school adventure and leave us with the confidence and skills for the journey ahead.

Class 4 had an immense day today. This morning, they cooked a delicious 3-course meal of salad, quiche and 1-minute brownies. Then, this afternoon, they thoroughly enjoyed their water fight in the sun.

Class 2 had an absolutely amazing day canoeing and orienteering at 'Big Adventure' today in Coniston. What a perfect trip it was for the last week of the year! There were some very tired children on the journey home!

Class 4 had a wonderful time in the forest at the end of the day. They played in rope swings, built amazing dens and played a mega-game of 'tig', and even convinced Mrs Cain to scale up a tree to secure a new swing.
