NEWS: As the school summer holidays begin, a Lancaster charity is urging parents and carers to check whether their child is eligible for free school meals.

From September 2026, the government free school meal application is expanding!

All children whose families receive Universal Credit will be entitled to free school meals. This means more families may now qualify for support, even if they have not previously been eligible.

Therefore, if your child has not been receiving a free school meal and you believe you would now be eligible, please apply online before the start of September.

If your child already receives free school meals, you do NOT need to reapply.

Our new Nursery Breakfast & Afterschool club will start from September. There is also some updates to session pricing and times.

From September our prices and sessions are changing slightly the following Breakfast and Afterschool club sessions are open to children in Reception to Year 6

1939 challengers continue to impress us with their fund raising efforts. Finley (y5) did a sponsored silence and litter pick and Ava (y5) made and sold cookies. Luciana did a sponsored times table challenge.
We are extremely grateful to everyone who is getting involved and taking part.

We have some board games and cuddly toys left from today’s table top sale. If your child would like to buy anything is left they can bring 50p/£1 tomorrow, they can come and buy items during break time tomorrow.
