Capoeira OGUM UK 1ST WORKSHOP OF CAPOEIRA ANGOLA OGUM in LANCASTER 26-28 of march 2026

We are very happy to participate this year in The Gregson Centre's Discovery Day!
On Sunday the 5th of July, we will host our - now we can say it - USUAL taster session for complete beginners from 1,00 to 1,45 in The Hall.

It's the perfect occasion to give capoeira angola a try. Maybe you had no chance to join so far.... maybe you tried and something didn't work out.... maybe being very busy this thing went down in your priorities... who knows...

No booking required, just pop in with enthusiasm and comfortable clothes. We will explore basic movements, music, songs and you will have the chance to meet part of the group that train weekly.
