My Ofsted Registered childcare service offers a small group, home based setting for children generally aged 1 + and walking so that they fit into our daily routine. Our home based space offers a playroom and large garden to spend our days making friends, learning through play, developing good friendships and relationships with other children and caregivers. Our daily routine consists of free play with enhancements to support individual play and learning when required, creative activities, storytimes, song and dance times, outdoor play and learning to play and get along together. I have worked as a childminder since 2010 and previously worked as a primary school teacher, civil servant and youth worker. Since starting childminding I studied to gain Early Years Professional Status at Lancaster University. I have 3 children of my own aged 25, 23 and 14 and my husband is a lecturer for the Open University. Free places available 15/ 30 hours
