👥 Who We’re Looking For
We’re on the lookout for passionate, experienced trainers who have:
✔️ A background in Management, Security, Police, or Military (or similar operational roles).
✔️ Experience delivering apprenticeship programmes (including coaching, workshops, and learner reviews).
✔️ A strong understanding of learner development and on-the-job training.
✔️ The ability to motivate, support, and challenge learners.

👮 Experienced Trainers Wanted

We need trainers to deliver Management and Team Leading apprenticeships (12–18 months), including one-to-one mentoring, workshop sessions, and personalised learner support.

✅ Experience in the police, military, or security sector would be a real advantage.
✅ Previous training or coaching experience is ideal.
✅ Custody/detention knowledge is helpful (but not essential).
