FREE maths classes for adults in Forton, starting September. Maths is hard! And the GCSE Maths syllabus has grown in both breadth and depth.
My name is Paul Slater and I am a fully qualified Maths and Science teacher with an Astrophysics degree.
I am offering bespoke parents’/adults’ GCSE Maths classes for FREE in the new academic year. The aim of this is to help you to help your kids in their study of this difficult (but awesome!) subject. And maybe improve your maths too! If you want to refresh your maths skills, build your confidence, or learn more so that you can help others, please come and join the sessions.
The classes will begin in September, Tuesday evenings at Forton village hall.

Hi, my name is Paul Slater and I’m a Lancashire-based fully qualified Maths and Science teacher with an Astrophysics degree and experience of secondary and further education. I tutor Key Stage 3, GCSE and A Level Maths and Science.

Starting in September I’m also offering FREE weekly Maths classes for adults in two locations in Lancashire (Wilpshire and Clitheroe). These classes will be based on the GCSE syllabus and will be an opportunity for you to brush up on your Maths skills and learn how to help others, including your kids, with the study of this fascinating (and challenging!) subject.
