Families across Lancashire and South Cumbria are now able to access earlier support for children and young people with neurodevelopmental needs.
The service, Neu Way Support, offers personalised advice, guidance and practical help based on need rather than diagnosis for families who are navigating concerns about autism, ADHD and other neurodevelopmental differences.
The service has been commissioned by Lancashire and South Cumbria Integrated Care Board (ICB) and will be delivered by Spring North in partnership with local community organisations that are specialists in supporting children, young people and families.
Families can self-refer at: https://springnorth.org.uk/projects/neu-way-support/ or call 0300 365 5030.

As a parent or carer, you know your child better than anyone. If you’ve noticed changes in how they communicate, learn, interact or experience the world, it’s natural to have questions. You may be wondering what those differences mean, where to seek advice or how to find the right support.

So today we said goodbye to our year 6. What an amazing group of children. They have looked out for each other, worked hard and embodied our values of being ready, respectful and responsible. We will miss you so much but we all know you will smash high school and anyone would be lucky to have you. Keep doing life and come back and see us when you can. Year 6....you are amazing ❤️❤️ As are the amazing staff who have left us Mrs Lewis, Mr Heap and Mrs Tylee... We wish you all the best and you are forever in our hearts. So go on all and do your thing and be the best you can be!❤️

Year 6 enjoyed a fantastic session with Ash from Lancaster and Morecambe College yesterday, learning all about all the career and education options they have in the future. Ash did a brilliant job of inspiring the children and encouraging them to think about the best route needed to their dream job. He also explained all the resources available at LMC for developing their skills, including this game to measure and increase reaction time! A tournament was had, with Riley being crowned fastest 👑 A fab distraction from the heat! Thanks, Ash Lancaster and Morecambe College
