Progress isn’t just for beginners 💪

One of the things we love most about our new Signature Advanced classes is seeing women realise you’re capable of more than they thought.

Whether you’ve done 30 classes or 500, there’s always another level of strength, control and confidence to unlock.

These classes aren’t about fancy tricks or performing impossible-looking exercises on a reformer. They’re about intelligent, targeted training designed to challenge your body, build muscular endurance, create fatigue and help you continue progressing towards the results you want.

And yes… they’re tough.

“My lord Michelle, your Advanced class was actually something else this morning! Humbling is the word. It shows how much progression is still possible, even when you’re a regular Pulser. I kinda hated it, but am booked on more. Ready for the challenge 💪🏽”

One of the things we’re most proud of at Pulse is the mix of women who train with us.

Different ages, backgrounds and stories. But all with the same goal - to stay strong.

We’re proud to challenge the outdated idea that women should slow down as they get older. Our studios are full of incredible women in their 40s, 50s and 60s getting stronger, building confidence and proving just how capable they are.

Christine (61), Amanda (53) and Michelle (47) are testament to that. And let’s not forget our amazing Lisa and Nashira, super strong trainers in their 40s too 💥.

As women age, strength training becomes increasingly important. It helps support bone health, maintain muscle mass, improve balance and mobility and gives us the strength to keep doing the things we love for longer.

At Pulse, we do pilates for life. We are strength based and every class is deliberately programmed to make you stronger 💪

So if you’ve ever wondered whether Pulse is “for someone like you”, this is your sign to come and find out. You’ll find a welcoming community, a room full of strong women, and a workout that meets you exactly where you’re at.
