WHAT DO YOU TUTORING SESSIONS INCLUDE?
- Reading, writing or mathematics tuition for children working at Key Stage 1 level (year one or two).
- 30 minutes, 45 minutes or 60 minutes tuition time allocation.
- Face-to-face tutoring; this is due to using a range of practical resources to support your child’s understanding. This is hard to replicate virtually.
- Tutoring in the comfort of your own home. All that is required is a table that seats two and Wi-Fi.
- Session one includes an initial assessment to identify your child’s current attainment based on the Key Stage 1 Teacher Assessment Framework.
- Assessment information shared with you, along with intended next steps.
- Feedback and academic targets shared with you after each session. For an additional £5 per session the following can be provided:
Homework to secure your child’s new learning in their working memory. These activities can be bespoke to your lifestyle: informal family games; independent practical games; or worksheets. HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?
