Our third evening lecture during our Classics Summer School in Celtic & Venetic Lampeter. Fascinating paper by Simon Rodway from Aberystwyth University on "Celticity", Celtomania, Celto-scepticism from the Bronze Age to Modern Times!

Brilliant talk by Prof. John Koch (CAWCS, Aberystw.) here in Lampeter this evening as part of our Celtic and Venetic Summer School. Lots of food for thought on the origin of the 'Celts'. Excellent, this combination of linguistic, epigraphic, archaeological and DNA evidence. And I very much liked the Tartessian "Epona Regina" - it's incredible to find this divine 'formula' at such an early date! Thanks a lot, John! More papers to follow in the next days...
