We hope you're getting as excited as we are about the Beer Festival this Saturday.

All the marquees are already up and the beer deliveries are coming in thick and fast.

If you're planning to visit the festival, please see the attached Frequently asked Questions to give you more information about the day.

Don't panic if you're not a beer drinker - we have a good selection of lagers, ciders, wine, spirits and soft drinks.

I will be running some one day First Aid at work courses starting next month:
3rd April 2023 9am-5pm
TQUK Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work (RQF) -(EFAW) in Lampeter.
£65 per person

17th April 2023 9am - 5pm
Emergency First Aid at Work Level 3 (VTQ) - EFAW
£60 per person

Booking is essential and courses require a minimum of 4 participants to run.
