Lambley Day Nursery & Pre-School Lambley Day Nursery is a small children's day nursery in the heart of the beautiful village of Lambley in Nottinghamshire.

The nursery received an Ofsted rating in May 2017which included 5 areas "outstanding". Our staff pride themselves on sharing information with parents and discussing individual needs and wants of children. Our food is cooked from fresh ingredients on the premises, and our menus are varied, with special dietary requirements fully catered for.

It’s the end!!

Tonight we spent our last day/ night as a team of Lambley day nursery. You have all been amazing I know that the nursery will be fantastic with a team like this behind it.

A huge thank you to the parents that put the vouchers together for The Lambley pub. The food, drinks and atmosphere have been brilliant.

To the parents… thank you for being a truly amazing bunch of people. You have showed kindness, patience and love towards our team and nursery. So I want to say thank you for giving us this opportunity to be a part of the your little one’s journey.

Onto all new and exciting things ahead.

And tonight we toasted a drink to our beloved owner Simon. If it wasn’t for him, we wouldn’t have moulded into the family team we are ♥️💛💙

Today we said goodbye to our beloved boss

Life is so unfair at times. I can not explain how surreal this feels to us all. The staff and I were in shock when we was told this sad news. He was far too young.

Simon Johnson was a lovely man who was funny and kind to everyone. He would often pop in and check on us all. Even bringing in the donuts and treats. 🍩

He was kind and was happy to listen to any of us 11 women moan or just have a laugh!! It has been lovely and a pleasure to hear all the kind words spoken about him today.

It has also been a pleasure to know not only him but be given the opportunity to be a part of the his beautiful children’s start to early years, they are a credit to him.

Rest in peace

WE ARE READY!!!!!!!! 🎈🥳🎉

How amazing does our graduation summer party look. Despite the great British weather. 🌧️

It’s has been an absolute pleasure to be able to be apart of some amazing children and to have shared their start in early years, parents should be so proud of the little humans they have created. And we cannot wait to celebrate with children, family members and staff.

I know that the children who will be going off to school will go on to make their teachers proud.

Thankyou to our amazing chef Jade Davies for making our balloon arch and another huge thank you to all my amazing staff. You are an amazing bunch of ladies and all work hard to make these little ones smile.
I as a manager could not be proud of what we are achieving here at Lambley 💙❤️💛

HUGE THANKYOU to JW Stone and Sons. 😍 for their gorgeous donations to Lambley Day Nursery & Pre-Schools end of year party and fundraiser and to raise funds for our chosen charity raising funds for children with PKU 😍🌸🌼🌺

They’ll be added to our other great prizes which include ARC cinema tickets for a family of 4, gift vouchers, lots of alcohol gifts, chocolate and fruit basket prizes and lots more!
If anybody would like to buy any raffle tickets they’ll be available from Lambley day nursery up until the fun day this THURSDAY JULY 11th 🤗
