Up coming classes this month of August.

It’s worth trying a
Non-Linear Movement Method® Class if:

🌻You are feeling burnt out or fatigued

🌻you have problems setting boundaries and saying no.

🌻You feel you have lost your sense of self or intuition.

🌻Your yoga practice is feeling dull and you are looking for something different.

As the name suggests, The Non-Linear Movement Method is about moving in an unstructured non-linear and non-habitual way.

Rather than imposing more demands on the body, we listen and work with the body and allow it to move how it wants to move. This practice is less focus and doing and more becoming present to what is actually happening in your body and moving this.

Please feel free to DM any questions or the direct link to a class.

Booking essential as spaces limited.

No experience is needed:

I will guide you through a short meditation followed by a short relaxation and integration so that you can reconnect with your body, focusing on your gut/solar plexus.

When we balance and reconnect with this area of our body, we can feel confident, motivated, purposeful and able to set better boundaries. We can trust and listen to our inner authority and intuition much more and make better decisions without the overthinking or worrying.
