For a company that has only just celebrated its fifth year of operation, this recognition means an enormous amount to us.

What makes us particularly proud is the range of people represented here — from our youngest performers making their mark in youth theatre, through to our Main Stage Company, alongside the creatives and ensembles who help bring our productions to life.

These nominations are a testament to the talent, hard work, creativity and commitment of our members, and to the wonderful community that we’ve built together.

We are absolutely thrilled to introduce the cast of Ghost the Musical! 🎭

After months of auditions, workshops, rehearsals and anticipation, our Main Stage Company is officially coming together to bring this incredible story to life.

From the unforgettable romance of Sam and Molly, to the comedy and chaos of Oda Mae Brown, and the darker forces that surround them, Ghost is a show packed with emotion, humour, incredible music and some truly magical moments. ❤️

And we are SO excited about the company we've assembled to tell this story.

A Quick Ticketing update 🎟️

We wanted to take a moment to explain a small but important change you’ll notice when booking tickets for our upcoming productions.

Like many small arts organisations, we are continuing to feel the impact of rising costs across every part of putting on live theatre - from venues and technical equipment to costumes, rehearsal spaces and production materials. As a result, we’ve had to make some difficult decisions to ensure we can continue to deliver the standard of theatre you expect and deserve.

For future bookings, TicketSource’s booking fee will be added at checkout rather than included within the ticket price.

This means that when you see a ticket advertised at, for example, £16, the ticket itself remains £16, with TicketSource’s small booking fee added separately at checkout.

We know that no one likes additional costs appearing at the end of a booking, and this is not a change we have made lightly. In the past, we have always absorbed the booking fee ourselves in order to keep ticket prices as accessible as possible and to ensure that audiences were not discouraged by extra charges. However, as costs continue to rise across every area of production, we are no longer able to sustain this approach.

By separating the fee in this way, we are able to ensure that more of your ticket price goes directly towards the creation of our productions, supporting our performers, musicians, creative teams, and all the behind-the-scenes work that brings our shows to life.

As a newly registered charity, every pound really does make a difference. The small booking fee helps us continue to sustain and grow our work, ensuring we can keep producing high-quality, accessible theatre for our community despite increasing financial pressures.

There is no change to the advertised ticket prices themselves, we are simply making the booking fee clearer and more transparent at the point of purchase.

We are incredibly grateful for your understanding and continued support. Every ticket purchased helps us keep live theatre alive, thriving, and accessible in our community. 🎭

🎭 FUTURE STARS ACADEMY 2027… WHAT SHOULD WE DO?!

We’re already starting to think about the next FSA production, and this time we want to hear from YOU.

We’re looking for something that makes young people aged 14–18 think:

“WAIT… THEY’RE LETTING US DO THAT?!”

Not another obvious children’s musical. Not something you’ve seen every local youth group perform.

We want something bold. Modern. Exciting. A proper challenge.

So if you could perform ANY musical at FSA, what would it be?
